fair enough zoric went down a few days ago but what the hell, im starting this post anyway! so please vote and (if possible) give your reasons.
i rekcon zoric
because you start with enough cash to buy a house, food and 1 or 2 businesses and it is possible to make a fair bit of money
also because zion has virtually no players and i dislike having to spend my days shiftin metal ore about for 1 or 2 shakles profit a time

kidger, it really depends on what you like to do. shoulden't really depend on others choices since they wont know exactly what you like and don't like.
both zion and zoric have their good and bad points:
zion:
-small economy with only a few buildings (about what, 10 buildings)
-generally easy to make money in
-few players
-no hunger/thirst
-takes an extremly long time to do anything
zoric:
-more complex economy providing many many more buildings (about 59 buildings)
-due to many production lines, it can be easy if not easier to make money
-many, many players
-hunger/thirst/life
-island goes quick so you can accomplich in 1 week what it would take 1 month in zion
on a side note
zions economy works well with the small amount of active players. all the players that play own buildings and the small amount of buildings easily supports the economy with little excess production.
on the opposite side is zoric. its fast pace and many active players demand a faster island where the economy is more indepth to provide all the players with stuff to do and allow them all to make money.

Ooh, Zoric! It was so much fun to have growing businesses. I won't post much of what I think about Zion, although for the sake of discussion, I'll say it doesn't seem to need any more buildings, except maybe...well, I'll keep that a trade secret, lol.
The risk of dying w/o being able to afford food on Zoric and having to have a reset again makes it a worthy challenge, I think. I love the ability to reset and start over, even from scratch, too.
