Bug Short Description: The world is not connected to the Galaxy, and if you wait until things get fixed all your money gets taken away by the wealth tax.
Steps To Recreate: 1. Go to UltraKricket. 2. Try to exchange your sheckles for credits.

0.1.32 server have an autoreconnect facility that will detect when the world to galaxy connection has dropped, and attempt to reconnect every half hour until its fixed.
Theres also another fix for an occasional crash on the galaxy.
Both these things should go to ensure that starports on worlds will work 90%+ of the time.

But can you connect it now? The star system i'm in is boring, all it has is UltraKricket and Zoric, which can also be accessed trough Quick Play.

So, is this pretty much a "wait until .32" kinda thing? I'm wanting to use my kricket money 209s to buy stardrive and uridium to travel over to m-25. Pretty much the only reason.
