small mode/windowed mode crashes client.

"Invalid Call - Create Device"

(This problem can be caused by various different problems across a range of different systems, so not unlikely that It can reoccur or may still be a issue following a particular set of events.. All the current cases that I know of have been addressed but if you do see this again, feel free to bump this bug back open with details of when and where (in the game :] ) it occurred )

Seems that going back to cockpit from small mode crashes client if it runs in full screen ( Invalid call - Create device). At least for me. Tried several times as on XP so on Win 7. Resizing window in windowed mode works without crash now.
