Can't own Lumberyard

The message says "I already own the maximum number of this type of buldings", but I don't own a lumberyard. I own a forge, 2 mines (gold and iron), house and a farm.

Type of building right? with 2 mines you cant build another engineering building. you can build 2 of engineering, farms, mansory ...
