Description:
If you click to buy any item for sale at a store and leave the store while the amount to buy is 0, you'll be unable to buy any item at any other store.
You'll have to return to the store (or any store that sells the item stuck in the window) and buy at least 1 item to get rid of the prompt. (unless you relog) This is robbery!

Steps to Replicate:
1. Go to any store (or related building) that sells an item.
2. Click to buy any item, but set the amount to buy to 0.
3. Leave the store.
4. Open up the prompt at any other store that doesn't sell the item in the window. You can't buy anything! (The prompt gets stuck at 0)
