Horse died after relog

Description:
I bought a horse from Jazo, only cost 50s,
rode it, only way to dismount was F12 + F12,
came back in,
and within 15 minutes my horse died
"You last fed your horse 15663 days ago, and gave it a drink 15633 days ago
your horse died of neglect".

I did not see an option to feed it or give it a drink.

Steps to Replicate:
Give me a new horse, and i'll see what i can do.

stable doesn't provide an option to feed it.
hay does nothing if you try to 'use' it in your inventory.

keeping some hay in my inventory to see if it eats it

the horse death problem should be fixed now.
feeding it will be an option soon.

feeding is in 0.63.8
