Docking troubles

Well, I don't really know what's going on, or if it may be my PC. When I attempt to dock at a station, my ship just passes through and keeps going, and roughly 10 seconds after hitting f10, I get the "Galaxy Server connection lost" message. When I restart the game, I can dock, but I seem to lose connection after leaving the station.

Oh, after hitting esc I can still see my ship sailing away on the title screen. Little red circle. Accursed Zoric space pirates.

Erm, I screwed something up.

Version- Current(0.54.4)

Location was Space, or space stations.

Steps to replicate- unknown.
