Description:
this bug seems new as of this year. goomba noticed that he didn't have to pay his employee in his car fac on zion. no investment is lost from the fac, the employee gains no cash.
i think this bug is a cause of the 'time to make' sometimes ignored bug.
the result is that while that time to make passes, the employee doesn't get paid at all.
then when the building finally produces, it does so without any cash going to the employee.
car fac on zion making hover trans, 2.5 hours, 90 carbon fiber
2 hover trans and 90 carbon fiber in stock
real day 1. somebody buys a hover trans so it makes another.
real day 2. somebody buys another hover trans. now it has space for one but not the items demanded. 2.5 hours pass, without paying the employee
real day 4. somebody sells 90 carbon fiber to the building, the next game day, it makes a hovertrans since more then 2.5 hours passed since it last produced one. item has been made with the employee getting no pay at all and the building loosing no investment.
in the above example, it used to be that the employee would still have gotten paid for those 2.5 hours on day 2. but sometime among all the patches this year, it broke. either that or the building paying the employee when it couldn't produce got fixed and now the timer issue is causing the problems.
