Description:
game freeze and show just chat bock , and peoples conected , can´t press any button , dont see menu.
or game freeze in fez second after start , mooving camera stop , and cant be pressed any button.
cant write in chat box , its escape by hitting F12 or alt + F4
it also freeze if you press any button of menu (in few seconds of game workiing).

Steps to Replicate:
turn on Theuniversal clients.
freezing game.
The cause has been identified. Here's the fix if you're getting a black screen and/or crashes when you launch the game:
1. Find your game install's /clients/data/space/planets folder
2. In that folder, look for any recently created jpg files with a very tiny filesize - 1kb, 2kb, a few hundred bytes
3. Delete any such files
4. Restart game

Are you effin serious, I so thought I was the only person experiencing this, and Ive been around a long time now, so why the game suddenly stopped operating for me blew my mind ok....
So im going to redownload the game after many months of throwing my hands up in the air...
and hope this works.

I really hate to double post but I failed to find the edit button or its beyond my sight...
The file fooli is referring to:
Unknown.jpg
and it is not a proper image format file, which would really explain why the game freaks out if this some how gets thrown into the abyss of the universal, def a blackhole file.
Fresh install, was there, didnt run game, so Mit, the game is installing this blackhole automatically...

- it's not unknown.jpg. It's whichever file happened to be requested by the client at runtime
- it's not an install problem. The install, for example, does not include any unknown.jpg file, so if you had one you got it from someplace else. Have just tested it anyway and it's definitely not in the installer. We knew that anyway - the problem was planet texture files being created based on xml data being pulled from the planet texture hosting server, instead of jpg files (because hosting had expired, cough)
- you can't edit bug reports unless you're staff, I think.
