DXD error
Strange error i got when trying to open TU. I didnt really read what it said but i just decreased the graphics settings slightly and then all of a sudden it wont work. Not only this but i keep getting nview desktop errors too, where my Start Bar is completely unresponsive until i restart the pc.

Updated my graphics driver to the latest one, still nothing tho. When i opened up TU in windowed mode it was strange. The mini screen in the top right hand corner shows the ships movement however my main window displaying the chat and incoming missles, etc is completely frozen. I dont seem to have any trouble with other games.
*Bump* I feel like playing so im just gonna post a screeny of what i see and hopefully someone can tell me whats wrong.
Start Screen:
Ingame Screen:
Ever since it started doing this it seems like ive been having insane cpu problems with many games, i know it wont have anything to do with this game but maybe thats the thing causing TU to break. Either way im pretty baffled what it is.

have you updated your video card drivers lately?
or...if you updated them shortly before the problem started, try downgrading them?
since its happening in many places besides this game, it definitely sounds like a video card problem
possibly the drivers got corrupted and need a reinstall, or possibly have the wrong ones installed for the os.
if its an old video card, it might not be compatible with your current directx version or might be on its way out.
