5.20 unregistered world.exe problem

Besides that I added all the .dll files to get it to work,it says "Fatal Error- Unable to Load buildings data file" and so I added the buildings.dat file to the folder and it still says it, what should I do?

It's just a patch, so install it over your current installation of The Universal World Server.
