can a member of the staff update the finite drive list before going inactive again?

I've tried doing this a few times, defeated by:
- the chat server being down (needed to change the list)
- my auth on the chat server not being high enough (need Magicfinger to edit that)
- general lack of response on either of the above from Magicfinger :)
There's not much we can do until chat's back - but mebbe with mit having some time this week, he'll have the necessary auth to make changes if I can get magic to at least restart the chat server. Will see wot I can do.
