world editor requests

file>download/upload servergamescript.mts, upload gamescript.mts, upload/download namesfile.txt, upload serverconfig.txt, upload/download radiolist.txt, and an way to do a hard restart (client shuts itself down and restarts itself).

actually.. gonna move to this bug reports coz thats (mostly) essential functionality for the world editor to be working right..

upload of serverscript.mit (and other script files), gamescript.mts, radiolist.txt has been added to server and client 0.54.3
