every instance in the past that a player has been forgivin, they turned around and did the stuff again.
thiers a little saying i know of:
"when you get in trouble, you don't learn not to do it again, you only learn that doing it that way will get you cought"
thus, forgiveness is just an allowence to try and do it again but in a different way

banned more for the rudeness, vulgarity, cursing, and blowing up new people just because they were interested in a house cheaper then yours or because they wanted somebody else to help them instead. not really for scamming, since you stopped selling new players 300s houses long ago.
how many ops have kicked you for cursing? each time is a chance to stop. ewach kick is like telling you to stop doing what you were kicked for and then being forgiven.

its apparent that over the past 1 and a half years you haven't changed at all. even after the tons of warnings back then, and the eventual banning from every island. why trust you now if you still can't be trusted after almost 1 and a half years..
