Wrong Building Model

Post by fhko »

Software:Universal Client
Version Number:0.51.9.1

Location
Chikenworld

Description:
Despite my buildings being assigned the right models in the world server, they are displaying the wrong ones.

No amount of restarting has any affect on it.

Steps to Replicate:
1)Make world with buildings.
2)Assign those buildings models you want (and download as necessary)
3)re-order the buildings in the bdata (ex. hut moves from building slot 2 to building slot 1)
4)re-assign the correct models as needed
5)refresh world and rejoin
6)kick computer (optional)

You were right about the namesFile. The building model 1 is the logging camp. So how do I get the namesFile to recognize the model change made in the world server?

don't know if it helps at all, but names file buildings are offset by one. in that they start at 0 whereas in the editor and on worlds they start at 1. so building 0 in the names file is building 1 on the worlds, etc.
