Lets Make a Complete History Of TU - please submit info

being unemployed now, i have a lot of free time to do things.

one of these things i want to do is make a page on TUWR featuring a complete history of TU. while I do remember a lot of stuff from while i was playing, i wasn't everywhere at once, nor do i remember every detail of every world and family war, nor was i active in space. so instead of having everything being my own view (and wrong if i misunderstood or forgot something), i think it would be better if different peoples views were collected on every event so they can be discussed to find the best story of an event.

so, if anybody wants to contribute any history about anything relating to the game, story form or not, please do so.
all info used will have references as to who it came from.

as for the layout of the thing, i was thinking it would start with the main link to the story, then have chapters for each year of the games existence. it will also include a reference section that will state exactly what info (with links to it) was donated from which players.

when it comes to the history of NR.. stuff like
"shrouded in mist" "origins unknown" " the meaning of NR is not relevant" "many have tried to harness its power only to be consumed by it" "those who have tried to place meaning on NR such as 'night riders' only find that their arrogant assumptions soon consume them" "dacawho lead it for a short time and the power drove him to insanity, he was never seen again" "NR has existed long before the letters "n" and "r" were invented" "the Great Stimutacs built the planet Xebec in homage to NR" that kinda stuff. btw there is a star named NR but it may be of "no relation" lol

Zar,

Seeing as you have so much free time, why don't you spend it on working on a more complete instruction manual for the game.

Its rediculous how the Game guides/galaxy news sits in a perpetual state of un-finnishedness, and have done for the past year.

I am more than happy to help with this, as I have contributed to many guides/instruction manuals before, most namely Travian.com. (not implented as of yet, ill grant you, but the game operators are woking on it).

only problem with guides is that different planets have different setups, and they change. so can't exactly make a guide directly for a planet. i'm pretty sure there is a basic planet guide somewhere though.

as for space, i know theres a guide for space somewhere too. and space barely changes when it comes to the basic instructions. so it can't be unusable even if it was from when the galaxy first came out.

i'll see if i can find them and update them though.

theres no way in hell i can make a guide from scratch though, i suck horribly at teaching, i couldn't teach somebody to do something even if my life depended on it.
