changing your pc resaults [??] in chat channels

Description:
if you log into your character from a different computer, the chat server will display you as [??] on the channels.

Steps to Replicate:
log in from a different pc, join some chat channels, see that your name is [??]

Would you say that this is a recent bug or long-lasting? Because i've never had this before and i've played from around 5 computers so far.

Saw it last night when KB said he was on a laptop with a slow connection.Remember seeing it awhile back also.

thats wierd. its always happened to me.

when i posted it happened and it was the first time i ran tu on that pc.
