as your scrolling threw the subgame settings, when you get the the bottem of the window, it will auto scroll around 5x faster then your scrolling the highlight down.
when scrolling up, it scrolls normally though.

Steps to Replicate:
type *settings, scroll down, when the highlight is at the bottom of the window, see how fast the screen scrolls compared to the other settings windows.
