crow weaps not limited by energy amount

Description:
game seems to allow crows to fire weaps as long as it has energy and then go into negative energy. then when in negative energy, a crow can't be destroyed.

on zoric its happening with crow settings of:
energy 500
weap 1 usage: 100
weap 2 usage: 200
recharge rate: 150

weap one or two can still be fired and put the crow into below 0 energy, even if theres only a fraction of enough energy to fire it.

nm. seems to only effect crows 2 and 3

the control weap takes power, but not the shift+tab weap, despite them both being the same weapon.
