Description:
this could very well just be a settings oversite.. planet repair isnt working ... where when ur orbiting a planet ofyour own team it repairs you . also found a setting for a secondary (retail and production building type) im assuming the other is for the team town planet orbiting. neitehr work to autorepair, only base autorepairworks to have ship autoheal all the time.

Code seems ok on this, so im guessing its settings 'misalignment'. :]

Two settings are used to control the repair rates..

*settings -> Subgame -> Planet Repair Speed
*settings -> Subgame -> Secondary Planet Repair Mod

The first setting (Planet Repair Speed) controls how fast you are repaired when orbitting a 'friendly' planet with 'building type' Home or Industrial.
The second setting ( Secondary Planet Repair Mod) is used in conjunction with the other setting to determine how fast you are repaired at planets with any other 'building' type.
It is used as a divisor on the other setting.

e.g. If
Planet Repair Speed = 1000
Secondary Planet Repair Mod = 2

You will repair at a rate of 500 points every second at a non-Home and non-Industrial planet. ( 1000 / 2 )
