the golden dawn will exept treaties from anyone that does not pirate or destroy noobish ships for no reason. post here if you want a treaty. also, the golden dawn does not exept pirates. if you are an ex-pirate and no longer into pirating then you will be exepted. and The golden dawn knows that you cannot judge a whole army based on the actions of one player.
