please follow the rules, only post if you want to join

as I have stated many times before, there is a new war just over the horizon, and we need more soldiers. if anyone wants to join in on the war post here saying you want to join. so far the soldier count is:

darn, you replied. thus i can't delete my post. oh well.

you now have full administration powers on the forum. can create/remove forums, add ranks, add groups, make mods, etc, etc.
