Description:
This isnt much of a bug, more like a complaint. I mean, the space stations are black and so is space. See where this is going? Ever try grey or white? Just a thought.

It might be a bug, depends what you mean.

The space stations are grey, with lots of little lights. The lights are blended onto the main texture, and on occasion I've seen it fail to do the blend properly, resulting in... a black space station. Maybe you could post a pic?

The station should be a bit brighter overall, though, I agree. I'm working (slowly) on a model update.

Aye fooli, don't mind me rants. You I presume are underpaid as well as understaffed right now. Just do what I do when someone else complains, secretly give them the finger behind your screen. Keep up the good work. Besides the space station is only black when you approach a certain angle from the sun. Im cut off now.

About as underpaid as it's possible to be... this costs us money, none of us gets paid :)

I will sort out a prettier station sometime soon.

Very reasonable terms. If you dont mind me suggesting that maybe a simple solution could be implemented. How about flashing lights like the ones you see on aircraft? Just a few. Thanks for your time.

Or a beacon light like the ones world starports have...that would need to eventually fade into the distance so as not to shine across the entire solar system.

Or if your really trying to make it visible...shoot the (colored) beams of light at the sun which you replace with a big disco ball...that spins of course...(corresponding galaxy radio music optional)

This thread works for stargates as well.

Yeah. Could you instead just replace the space station with a Wendy's? One that stays open 24 hrs. Mmmm... 5 peice nuggets

I the Sandgroper like them space stations, just the way they are.
I know what to look for when I is in space.
Seeing as I do not use autopilot. Yep them space stations are just fine the way they are.

Seeing what you're looking for is better then knowing what you're looking for. While approaching a station at the right angle, it blends right into the abyss.
