zar, could you do a check on any of these people if you see em and see if they're using the 'a-tractor' client, rather than the galaxy one. The tractor client needs to connect to the chat server to be able to verify IDs, and seeing as the chat server has been down a lot i guess thats why they've got no proper ID... maybe?
