Well i lost me ship n me cash n now im stuck with a strter ship n 100c n i dnt think its rite. Plz like sort it cause i dnt whant 2 start all ova again

If you've been away for who knows how long, then yes, your account has been deleted.

well it shouldnt be like that cause u cant play ene otha games or whats if some1 goes on holliday 4 a month then comes back n all thay worked 4 is gone i think accounts shouldnt be deleted

time limit is 60 days i think, and its not a set time.

in order to reduce the size of the player record storage on the galaxy server, when a new player joins, it will try to erase and use the oldest existing account thats gone over 60 days without a login.

if accounts were never deleted, then thered be a huge file containing tens of thousands of players who only visited the game and never came back. plus then there could be people who don't even play anymore, or rarly play, sitting on the top wealth/kudos lists despite the fact that there no longer active in the game. (the top lists should be for active poeple only in my opinion)

You need to log into the galaxy at least once every 30 days to prevent your character record being recycled.

Um....No. If you were really commited to keeping your ship and stuff you would have logged in one time every 25 or so days to keep your character alive. This has happened to plenty of other people and all of them had to start over as well.

just to re-emphasise the way the removing of old records works.. theres a 30 day minimum limit - any records created in the last 30 days will never be removed to create new ones. Assuming theres no empty records left at all when a new player logs in, the gal server looks for the oldest one and removes that.. in most cases that will be a lot older than 30 days. (According to the server stats - at the moment its currently re-using records that are about 200 days old..)
