this is kinda a bug and kinda a feature request.

it is known that blue #255 is transparent to the game. makes sence for many things.
however, i guess it could be called a bug that if used on a surface texture, it will basicly make a 'hole' in the ground instead of letting a texmap or the main surface under it show threw.

of course, that could just not be a bug, and maybe its meant to be that way, if so, then this turns into a feature request...
why not make blue #255 on surfaces let the surface below it show threw?

i could really use it on ciroz since the landscape is done via texmaps. if transparent textures could be used which allow the texmaps to show threw, then they could be used to specify things like boarders to prevent cars going off the roads.
it could be used on any world that uses texmaps.
