Description:
To fire an Em Burst...you have to click the "Ion" icon instead of clicking an icon that says "Em Burst"....I think the icons are a bit messed.

Steps to Replicate:
Look at the cm icons when someone fires a missle at you. Not a large bug by any means...just a little weird.
