Right Great Community, And what oh bug usage. apparntly your running new players off and im not the only one that said that. I crashed when i died and you all like well it was comming to you. all i have to say from thoughs post is dont complain. He killed you. you crashed. Welcome to the community and the ones complaning are SR members.
Now admins. The point of closing topics is to prevent spam but what spam is it when your telling the members that they are running away new players? Do you not want new players on your game? As were trying to fix issues with random killing by people which runs away new people. My friend joined the game when i was playing he died three time lost all his money because a SR member killed him. He had no bounty what so ever they just wanted to kill him. He quit. So i suggest something should be done about this killing before you loose all new players.
To you SR fellows /closed for me proving the community is going down hill and about the bugs.
ok... lets address this. Firstly apologies for getting no official response from your comments, however im sure you can appreciate that as an independent group of developers who do not have the resources of major software companies we have to fit in time to administer/respond and develop into the very limited time spans available in between paid work and commitments to our families/real life.
we have always stated openly that this game is in beta development, therefore many features are being tested and the balance of features/fairness of the game is constantly being tweaked, this is demonstrated with the new bounty systems which is trying to balance the levels between traders and pirates, without sounding harsh if that is something that you feel unable to manage then the game is probably not for you.
the posts that you have pointed out, have only indicated exploits that have been evident for the last few day, we have already started the assimilation of information in order to address this but as you are probably aware many things happen outside of the public community, again if you require the instantaneous levels of support, games you subscribe to are probably more appropriate.
As you can see from the bug reports forum in the last 14 months the stats are...
Not Reviewed:(42) Open:(59) Rejected:(76) Fixed:(189) More Info:(16)
that means we investigate / fix over 20 bugs per month (thats probably quicker than microsoft

)
Finally it is my prerogative to lock posts that i believe are turning it a flame conversation and do not add value to the forums, generally topics are left for a short period of time to see if the turn in to something meaningful, that topic was not.
That is all .... Magic
