Ban request: Cubabart, because of exploiting a bug

Yes you read right.
I request a ban for Cubabart, this is why:
A guy called Cubabart, probably the same guy who keeps on whining on the forums about how everyone bullying him and how everyone is SR cheating kept on annoying me in Zion space today.
He kept on bragging about how he could kill me with his little crappy galactic freighter (I have a galaxy cruiser) and generally insulted me and the SR.
We both then agreed on doing a fair fight in open space. After getting there we both bought slaves so we wouldnt get a bounty. Shortly before the fight he requested a comm channel and I opened it, thinking of nothing bad. Shortly after, I gave the go sign and we started fighting. After I fired the first couple of shots at him, my client crashed.
But here is the deal:
It wasnt a normal crash. I knew that crash since I experimented around with a couple of buddies from sr before. The game didn't just close or give me an error message liek it normally would, it just froze solid. It's the kind of crash that happens if the guy you are in a comm channel with opens the voice send, which is still very buggy. Im pretty sure he also used this exploit on many other players, like Zach for example who misteriously crashed too while fighting against him.
I logged back in right away and stole the slaves back from him and guess what as soon as I started attacking, he requested a comm channel again.
Even though I was able to retrieve the slaves, he stole a bounty worth 20k from me with the help of this exploit.

After my knowledge, deliberatly exploiting a bug in a game is a bannable offense, so I ask the staff at this point to please take action against him.

If any staff members need proof, send me a pm. I took a screenshot where he actually tells me that he exploited, because he wanted to mock me.

if so i think he sould be ban becuse useing a bug as a addvanage it ,like walking on the cealing cuz it not sapose 2 happen. useing a bug 2 kill would be consiterd agenst the laws of gameing (that what i call it XD) he should be punish but personaly not ban. all should receave a second chance

What ???? it is becose i discavered that SR waiting for bounty to be eqwal and thay killing ich other, for exampl willburn have 1000 bounty and flofre 1000 thay kill one one other and bounty is erased !!! and i kill flofer and not willburn !!!! and i dont chiting !!! flofer sayd that if I kill for bounty some one from SR then i can uniinstal this game becose thay whil hunt me ((((((((( Advanced Players please new players wonna to play this game too !!!!

Cubabart used this one on me too. I had thought it was just a normal crash, since I havne played much, but after seeing flowstyler just explain the exact situation I had, I can see I got cheated. Lost a full load of plastic too (which for me was about 10 hours work).

Please ban him, an behalf of both Advanced and New players alike!

first of all, this topic should be in the bug reports. secondly, if you dont want this bug to bite you, dont open a comm channel with the person your fighting. thirdly, killing someone with slaves increases the bounty.

I was just siting in space the next thing i know he fired a missle at me so i target him
he requested a com channel so i opened it i typed yea and tryed to fire a missle at him and it froze on me so i reset my com and when i loged back on my bounty 4900c's was
gone he got my bounty and he dint even kill me thankfully i dint have eny cargo.

first of all, this topic should be in the bug reports. secondly, if you dont want this bug to bite you, dont open a comm channel with the person your fighting. thirdly, killing someone with slaves increases the bounty.

Shorty I'm kind of dissapointed, that you actually take sides with that guy.
You should know very well that new players, who already have a hard time figuring out how this complex game works will under no circumstances know about this bug. So this problem cannot be dealt with by just saying "don't open a comm channel if you don't wanna be exploited". Also, I didn't post this in the bugs section, since the Voice send bug is already known as far as I know. And exploiting itself is not really a bug.

To Mit and the rest of his Staff:
I think that this is a very important issue and it needs to be dealt with as fast and as harsh as possible. Exploiting is a problem, where a very small ammount of people (one in this case) can ruin the game for many others.
In my opinion the staff needs to set an example that such behavior is and will never be tollerated in this game.
You can also clearly see that Cubabart ripped of several other people in the game, not just me. The only ones in power to stop him from ruining the game for others (especially for new players) are the staff members. A game can lose it's reputation very fast once more and more people start exploiting and cheating without any staff or admin action taken against them.

I think I also know the reason why he wants to join the police guild so badly. Imagine him flying up to someone with a huge bounty, kb for example. Cubabart requests a comm channel, after it is open, he taunts him a bit, fire his lasers at him and so on. Kb gets pansy off, turns around and fires his phasers at him to scare him away. Cubabart does his whitty little exploit and makes kb crash. And boom suddenly you have Cubabart at rank 7 of the wealth list with over 1.2 million credits (2 x 600k).
Do you see where I'm going with this?
I am not trying to screw anyone over here, I want to improve this game as much as possible and help the staff in any way I can. Ridding a game from cheaters and exploiters is one of the tasks a game community and especially the developers should focus on (there haven't been many until now luckily).
So I hereby ask the staff again to consider my plea carefully.
Set an example against hackers and exploiters and ban Cubabart from the game.
