found it on zion. i was in small mode and fishing for the past few hours.
i came in-game, and went off to do whatver, the fishing didn't stop. at the same time, i was also seeing the hovertrans as a normal ground vehicle. i haden't even logged into any other wolrds at all so it coulden't have been settings copying over.
relog seemed to fix both problems.
am sititng in small for a while again to see if the problem repeats.
