netrac mode, and higher... landscape issue

Description:
i started working on the bontrek game, and i THINK remember netrac mode and higher in subgame/subspace mode, had no landscape but a starscape background. Their all generating an world landscape now.

2,3,4 shouldt show landscape but should, according to in *settings docs

a workaround could be to texture the ground to look like space and use a perfectly flat heightmap

it works for me on netrac, but only if *settings -> Landscape -> Culling Mode is set to 0.
My guess is you've got that at 1.. which unfortunately isnt compatable with the subspace mode settings.

I would suggest you make that clear in the little *settings description for that mode. So there's no future confusion.
