Bounty goes up & down

Description:
for some reason my bounty goes up when i havent killed any one then if i log or "Red Alert" or not i still lose it i got a 70cr bounty just 5 minutes ago and i went into small mode to read the forums come back to the game and pressed f12 to log out and still lost it

was this '5 mins ago' when you were nested in a cluster of fighting ships, and 2 were firing on you?

if you log out when your being fired upon, thats going to happen

if you push f12 while under "Red Alert" read the popup it tells you if you log out now you will lose bounty and cargo i only had 70cr bounty its no big deal but i kinda like having a bounty

I ve had this. It happened last night when logging out and back in while in a station. I had a bounty of 130c for no apparent reason. I ve only ever killed one person.
