1. don't curse (read rule 2 and follow it since you enjoy spamming to make others follow the no-spamming rule)
2. its not that hard to figure out. just look at the key words:

i have thinks give in ships crew
he's obviously asking for ships to be able to have a crew.

and in space player make starport is cool
thinks it would be cool if players could build starports.

need better cockpit and quest and ai thanks
wants to see a nicer cockpit on the ship he has
thinks thier should be better quests, or wants abetter one
wants better ai on the aliens, or thinks thier should be npc ships flying around

in space need give money to other player
in space, he wants to be able to give money to other players

ok pay scold
wants to give money to a player named scold

is plan, time wise etc

quest we have, more need yes, more fun
