Description:
well i was on planet zerg ( im the owner) i was testing my robocrow settings then the next thing i know im in space again and it said my galaxy charecter has been reset how the hell did this happen?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steps to Replicate:
dont start you own planet and mess with robocrow settings cuz its how i lost about 6 months of trading and buying upgrades for my ship
WTF! i lost my cobra mk 11 all my ship upgrades
It seems unlikely that anything you did on your world would have wiped your galaxy character. Could you let me know what your galaxy username is and I'll have a look.
I imagine we can replace stuff you've lost if there's been a basic screwup somewhere. Are you sure you didn't absentmindedly typed !resetme? :)

I've asked Mit to take a look.
What I can say is that you should never reset your character if there's been a problem like this. I've had very rare occasions (once, or possibly twice in the last 3-4 years) when I've logged in to the galaxy and had no inventory, just the starting ship etc. And it was fixed simply by quitting the game and logging in again. It's probably something simple like a failed communication with the galaxy server during the login process... gremlins in the Internet... whatever. By resetting your character you basically wiped your own inventory anyway.
Mail me with what you had: fooliattheuniversaldotnet kinda thing. Please make it obvious what your email is about in the subject field, otherwise it'll end up in my spam bucket (mmm... spambuckets)
As for the world connection issue: hmm. Again, could just be "one of those things"... doesn't seem to be a lot of problems like this... on the other hand, maybe the galaxy server's having a bad week and needs rebooting. Mit'll probably know what's what.
