Description:
i found a bug that occasionally makes buildings stop producing things.
to recreate the bug (and to possibly have it effect your world) you need to either have houses making somehting or 'store buildings can be stocked with anything' set and have stores making things. this is also due to the 16 items in a building rule.
if you have a building that makes stuff, and add things to it to get upto 16 items in it, the building will no longer produce. even if it already HAS some of what it makes and after if you take the excess stuff out. only way to fix the building is to demolish and rebuild it.
it might have something to do with removed items (for any building) still showing in the item list when it comes to setting prices/unstocking

Steps to Replicate:
set up a house or store that can make something every day.
let the building produce
add 15 items to the house to fill it upto to the max different item limit
watch as the building no longer produces
remove everything from the house
watch as it still doesn't produce
observe that all the stuff you had added to and removed from the building is still listed in the buildings set sale prices menu and remove stocks menu
