ok, im well on my way in making a planet, its coming out pretty good actually, just finished buildings and now im tweaking the economy.

sooooooooo, how do i give a building a treasury investment?i remember seeing it somewhere but im looking through three guides at a time so its a wee bit complicated as u mioght imagine .
