Description:
trying to work on ciroz and f1/enter world isen't reloading the textures most of the tiem so am having to launch and re-land. but after launching from a passworded world, relanding doesn't give the password prompt.
so pretty much have to close and reopen the client each time. that has its own problems. i notice after closing the client and opening it back up, the world shows as not having a ping in the galaxy. even though its running.

Steps to Replicate:
can't launch and reland on passworded worlds
took off the password, but still haveing the problem with launch and reland on the world.
so it might not have been password related.
also updated the server to 50.1 and went under system use, put the lazy mode setting to medium cpu usage, which is what sabrada and zoric are set at and are having no problems.
no clue why its not showing a ping after closing my client and reopening it now.
its a pain having to close and reopen the world each time i wanna launch and reland
