ok im workin on my planet and i decided to give vehicles ago but when im in the settings i press + to change the vehicle im workin on and it wont let me change it and as i cant change vwhicle one theirs nothin i can do so plz help

Are you pressing the correct + button?.....The one on the numberpad? It took me a few minutes of frustration till I figured out there was another + on the keyboard when I first made
a planet.

With the number of people we get with this problem, I'm beginning to think they shouldn't sell laptops to people without making them pass a basic driving test or something :)

It depends on the laptop model you're using. Normally you don't have a separate numpad on a laptop - but you can get to the same keys using a combination of special keypresses, usually with a Fn (function) key or something similiar. Read the manual or something and figure it out :)
