Scuse me while I bite yer hand off and say yes :)

Our long-standing texture artist, hedgehog, has mostly disappeared into a world of his own choosing, and doesn't really have time to work on texturing any more. So everything that's been produced for the game in the last couple of years has been my doing. And yeh, while I'm an average modeller, I still have about a billion things to learn when it comes to the 2d stuff.

Soo.... I can send you templates for any models you'd like to have a go at. Probably best just to mail me: fooli at theuniversal . net kinda thing...

At the moment, we can't have customisable skins, as you probably know. I think it's all on the long-term to-do list, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

So, for spaceships (and planets, spacestations, avatars, all default models) - these are "standard" models for everyone - just one skin required. But if we like anything you do better than the current versions, there's no reason why it couldn't become the default skin.

For any of the dynamic content - world stuff on the model library, or on zaroba's site - we can always use more skin variants. I can only provide templates (and help tweak mapping etc) for model library stuff though, cos I built it.

Last thing to say is, don't expect the same level of materials support you'd get in something like Oblivion. We have one texturemap per model, and one material (more or less), and that's it.

Oh happy day. I hope :]

PS, where in Leicester? I lived there for about 11 years :)

I guess it's for the best, his horse is just made out of low resolution sections of various terrain from the game.
