Helicopter configuration

I can't seem to figure out how to use the helicopter control mode. I can't seem to get my vehicle forward once it's in the air. My current settings are:
Control Mode 20
Reverse percentage 50
(Shift) Turn percentage 125
Hitch Limit 5
Cam acceleration speed 750
Max cam speed 7500
Turn speed 1900
Acceleration 2000
Shift acceleration 2000
Brake 200
Shift Brake 400
Top Speed 2000
Shift Top Speed 2000
Friction 500
Bounce 50
Air Thrust 5000
Speed Lift Ratio 4000
Drag 500
Min Skid Speed 5000
Skid Friction 500
(Everything that I didn't mention is 0.)

Well... On a normal day that would work just fine... But it looks like the heli control mode is busted at the moment, can only get my helicopters to move up and down...
