ahhh vehicle controls wont change

ok im trying to set up some vehicles for my world starting with a car i decided that control setting 4 would be the best but when i put it in it just flicks back to 1 and that is nooo good oh n also why im at it does anyone know where i canget some textures i want grass?

you cant edit the controls for vehicle 1

if only i could get on the universal

and if only my vehicle would stop flying a cross the map if i even slightly press forwards or backward
