Hello I am known as Iceman in the game. This morning I had troubles with the game. I couldn't play at all. I uninstalled the game and redownloaded it with a different username and nickname. the nickname I used was Ragnarok. I would appreciate it if u would be so kind 2 reset me by getting rid of Ragnarok and starting Iceman fresh. Thank u for ur time and I hope I won't have problems again.
