HELP!

im new here. ive downloaded the game and tried to launch i clicked the icon on my desktop but nothing is seeming to happen can someone help me plz thank you.

I would try to reinstall the game if I were you...Did any error messages pop up during this?

Press ctrl+alt+delete and see if theuniversal client even started.
You sure you downloaded the full version? You may have downloaded the patch by accident, download the full version directly here.
