How often do L40's respawn?

I've been watching it (the one in becen) for 3 days now... and it has yet to respawn.
Yes I know someone else probably bought it, but I was just wondering if anyone knew.

Im not sure to tell the truth but i think you would be better off looking for another place to buy a lvl 40...Just infimp around to known planets in the outer systems and if you can't find any there just use your stardrive to check reachable systems...They are usually located in Transport systems or something like that..

im looking for this great l40... Anyone knows where I can find it? Im now travelling near M-1 systems, but i cant find it there nor elsewhere :/

There were two yesterday when I went to buy one...so I think they do respawn fairly regularly.
