Well... that's not really the right spirit is it :) But It's true enough - anyone interested in running a world is probably already too busy doing just that. However... you might get a better response if you outline what you have in mind.
Maybe you're struggling with the settings and so on (there are new docs on the way, honest :) but that's not the only thing that's tricky in setting up a good world... there's the general theme, gameplay ideas, 2d and 3d art, sound... it all needs careful planning and someone actually has to organise all this stuff, as well as actually doing it. Perhaps by coming up with an outline of a world you'd want to produce you might get a helper or two. Especially if you want to do something relatively easy to make, and different to other stuff already out there...
Another idea... if there's a world you like the basic premise of, perhaps by asking nicely you might get some pointers or settings files from that world owner. There's a sample bdat and weapons script (admittedly very old) the world owners pages (
