Hello! I really want to create my own town on the Zoric, but everybody tell me that i'll just lose my money. Is it true? What should i do to make my town really good and gain some cash from it?
towns are generally a slow income maker. can easily take 10 or more game years to make thier cost back again. they pretty much require a long commitment in order to get a profit from them.
if you learn build town yourself and then build the town, your looking at some 600s for the skill, 130s for the base, and another 300s for the plastic and steel it needs. overall it costs over 1k to build a town unless you have somebody else build it and sell it to you.
the only way to make money off a town is to get people to build in it and get people to buy products in it. and granted the town plinth has a mayor nad the taxes aren't too high, you'll get 1 or 2% of the construction price, or purchase costs. only a few s or d per transaction.
if people don't need to build anything, or if people can get stuff cheaper in other towns and if people don't have fast vehicles, they wont bother going to another town for stuff.

Yeh, i gonna tell my friend about this game and invite them to play on the Zoric. Everybody'll give 1k s or 2k s and we'll build everything. Now only one guy from Poland plays with me on Zoric, but when we'll get some more money and start our own buissnesses, then we'll invite other. Is 10k senile to build a town, shops etc?
