ok i check in my inventory i got some t-bone can i eat it or i can only eat at a restaurant

you can eat it, but not unless your hungrey enough for it.
can tell how hungrey you are by looking at the hunger bar right over the chat box

you can (and should) stock food in your house.. your character will eat the food automatically when you're offline, as long as you remember to 'Go Home' before you leave the world.
