aye get a copy of 3d studio learn to model and you can make what you like

p.s ... chances are to get that level of detail would be too high poly to be usable

Not a a fill replica...I want a simple version of a girl having a guitar strap with guitar attach and drinking a bottle of wiske...Zaroba can do that any day of the week...I think, no Bong can...I don't know now who can do this task...
