I second the loss of 5 tons from stellar freighter capcity

is this permanent?

i save the file in the client folder butt every time i ewtract it it comes up with a weird message. it says "this application has failed to start because LIBCURL.dlll was not found. RE-installing the application may fix this problem." i reinstalled it and still doesnt work?

the files should be extracted overwriting all the files in the folder.

I'm not Mit, but I can tell you that you need to specify what buttons don't work before it's any useful.
It's either random or all of em.

And when in a space station and go to the lounge, when you hit one of the f keys to take you to the corresponding menu, it uses the main menu keys. ex: When in the lounge and hit f3 to go to the arcade, it takes you to space trade instead.

When in a private comms chat the message i send always gets the last character cut off.

Thanks for all the feedback.. Will have a session resolving some of these problems this week.

Regarding the 5t loss on the stellar - yes its deliberate (sorry for not announcing this in advance.. so many changes, so little time to document em all :] ) - there will be more ships available in the full release of 49.6 with bigger capacities. I also wanted to lessen the step-up from other ships to stellar, as its apparent that once ppl get to the stellar their trade profits increase dramatically. The sell price for the stellar (and all the other ships) will be adjusted over the next few weeks/months as that (and other factors) change the balance of the ships.

rationale behind reducing the cargo seems reasonable enough - and ya gotta give me something to spend all my cash on (well, hopefully not all......)

any timescale yet for 49.6?
are there further stargates to be discovered now?

judging from the list of bug responses.. um.. not just yet :). I believe the missus is leaving me on my own for a few days over Easter - so that'd be the latest time.. will probably be before then for the public .6
are there further stargates to be discovered now?

been on a gate-hunt and found another 4 so far - i suspect that's the full compliment for now
I'm guessing you dont know how useful they are until mad people like me go try them out - cos one of them is a bit of a red herring :shock:

stargate at m400 transports to m385. One lifeless planet at 385, and one other system visible, around 0.4 parsecs out of reach. sooooooooooooooo close! possibly more options opening up in that sector if gate moved from m385 to xerby co?

the others look like opening up a fair bit more of the map, exploration commencing - no doubt either chezz or myself will be emailing an updated map within the next week or so (and if its chezz, suggesting locations for new gates :roll: )

btw - managed to get to system Carrick01 :wink:

3. F2 doesn't work after landing on a planet, until you move.

More star gates? dang this is coming too fast...NOT... The entire universal should be connected with worm holes, black holes that crush your ship to pieces...and other stuff

it seems that gods will occasionally get a hunger warning or thirst warning while in small mode even though the settings are set so gods aren't supposed to get hungrey.

doesen't seem to happen at all when not in small mode.
