Dying of neglect eh?

Hey,
Just a quick question, never encountered this before. May be a bug.
Sabrada - I'm going to die of neglect in 2 days and 16 hours.
At first, 10 minutes earlier, it was 3 days and 16 hours.
Anyone wish to enlighten me?

neglect is neither hunger or thirst.

it could have changed because you had just eaten something.
or stocked some chems or explosives in the house.
